ChargePal FAQs:

ChargePal is an easy to use mobile charging station providing you with an ever-growing charging network. Whether at a business meeting or out with friends, you’ll never have to worry about falling off the grid again. ChargePal is just that, your Pal when you need a quick charge.

ChargePal is extremely affordable. You will only charge:

  • 75¢        30 minutes
  • $1.50     1 hour
  • $35.00  24 hours

Note: If a power bank charger is not returned to a power bank station within 24 hours, you will be charged $35 which is the full cost of the charger.  Don’t worry, it’s no loss to you as you’ll still be able to use the power bank charger by simply recharging it with a micro USB.

To rent a ChargePal power bank, simply download the ChargePal app available at the Apple Store and Google Play. Once downloaded, create your account, locate your nearest ChargePal station, then tap on “scan to rent” on the home screen of the app. Scan the QR code on the front of the ChargePal charging station and you are good to go. It’s as simple as that!
You can return your power bank to any ChargePal station with an available slot. Simply place the power bank upright into an available empty slot and push the power bank into the slot until you hear a click. Our system will then automatically end your order.
First, you will want to make sure the power bank is fully charged and working correctly…. this can be done by shaking the power bank to assure that the blue light indicator is on. You can then plug in your device again. If you are still not getting a charge and your phone has a thick phone case, you may want to remove the case to assure the cable is properly connected. If you still don’t have a charge, please return the charge bank into the station and contact customer service.
